Spinal Mount Weapon Clarification

A car with a spinal mounted heavy gun is listed as taking a D2 hazard every time the gun is fired.  If this hazard causes the car to go out of control, the degree of control loss and any penalties incurred should be applied before the result of the shot is determined.  If a crash results for which targeted shooting would have normally be impossible, the player cannot roll to hit and the shot is automatically counted as botched (as if the player had rolled snake eyes).
