Swivel Mounts

A Swivel mount is essentially a sponson with a 90 degree traverse.  It is not unlike the standard mounting of weapons in the official CWC, except that it ALWAYS has a 90 degree arc, whether on the side or the front-rear.  Vehicles can use swivel mounts one space larger than is allowed for sponsons and turrets (for example, a subcompact or motorcycle can use a 1-space swivel; a van can use a 4-space swivel).
